  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the specific return shipping address for our cidery.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the bottles or bag-in-box items are securely packed in their original transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
